Guzmán M. Garmendia Pérez

Head of Open Government and New Technologies at Navarra Government

Madrid native, born in 1974. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, continuing their education in Universidad Complutense and Instituto de Empresa, both in Madrid. He has developed his entire professional career on the Internet, having created the Canal21.com portal towards the end of the 90s, going through PaginasAmarillas.es. At the same time, he founded his own company, ElPlacerdelPicante.com with a strong presence on the web. In 2007, Vocento relied on him to transfer his client’s traditional advertising to the advertising world of the Internet, becoming an expert in transitioning from the paper world to the online one. He has continued to perform this role for the past two years now for Grupo Heraldo and Grupo La Información, co-founding with them LINC, a leading company in Internet Communications. At the same time, he combines this activity with teaching courses or conducting workshops focused on new technologies as communication tools as well as presenting papers at round tables and conferences in Spain, Germany and the United States, in Spanish, English and German, a language he learned under the German discipline during the 16 years of his pre-university education at the private German school La Florida, in Madrid.
In the recent years, true to his entrepreneurial spirit and his leadership character, he co-founded Pacharán And Twitts, organized the first debate between two politicians on Twitter, known as the Twittdebate, launched and led the NASF movement for promoting entrepreneurship and developed the World Atlas Pedia, which claims to be a cartographic Wikipedia. Along the same line, he performed the role of a consultant during the birth of Twision, the first TV program based on Twitter, and since then he has performed production and consultancy for other programs in Communication Media whose main content is the Internet. He currently manages I=mc2, a postgraduate program on the Internet, marketing and communication 2.0.
Married, with two sons, he lives by traveling between Pamplona, Madrid and the world.

    Gracias por su respuesta. Entiendo que su respuesta es un “no” a mi pregunta.

    Soy un creador de contenidos, que sabe perfectamente que tener un blog sin ánimo de lucro no le permite utilizar gratuitamente y sin permiso expreso la propiedad de una tercera parte. ¿No lo sabía?

    Hergé -cualquier heredero legal- tendría derecho a exigirle que retirara este fondo de un blog, aunque éste sea sin ánimo de lucro, con la excepción de que la imagen sea obtenida de un lugar con licencia de uso tipo CC. En ese caso, estaría al menos obligado a citar la fuente. A no ser que sea usted amigo de la familia, claro.

    Le he leído estos días como consecuencia de su actuación en su nuevo puesto, y es posible que lo haga mientras dure.
